No merchandise will be accepted for return without permission from PRO-BUILT . Any merchandise returned must be returned freight prepaid. All returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns without RMA numbers will be denied.
Note: Any suspected defective parts must be returned directly to PRO-BUILT in their original packaging. Defective parts return also requires an RMA number prior to our accepting your items.
TORQUE CONVERTER RETURN POLICY:
Drain your torque converter thoroughly before sending it to us. Return requires prior approval and an RMA number.
TORQUE CONVERTERS: All Continental, A.C.T., Precision Industries, Torque Converters are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship.

PRO-BUILT , upon inspection, and determination of either poor materials and/or workmanship defects, will repair or replace parts in question. This Warranty does not cover damage to engine or other parts, personal injury, labor or any other damage or injury.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS
All automatic transmissions are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship.
